La Cocina Viva concept is built around the idea that you can fully enjoy the great tastes of traditional Latino dishes, but in a healthier manner. Created by Ruben Gonzalez, the concept of La Cocina Viva has been in the making for over fifteen years. La Cocina Viva (LCV) will be premiering on Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 on Spanish-language MI Television Network. LCV will be televised 2 days per week and will be seen in Central Florida.
